Cristen Magaletti is an award-winning educator and co-founder of an initiative recognized by Palm Beach Illustrated as the region's top entrepreneurship program. After 20 years teaching in K-12 classrooms spanning New York City public schools and South Florida independent schools, she has seen that students do their best work when learning is meaningful, authentic, and connected to the world beyond the classroom. A focus on those experiences continues to shape every program, curriculum, and partnership at CM Resources.

When students are given ownership of their learning, remarkable things can happen. We've seen learners launch businesses, lead community initiatives, tackle real-world problems, and discover strengths they didn't know they had. A struggling reader finds an entry point into a challenging text. A learner with a big idea for solving a community problem can prototype a viable solution. A writer receives timely feedback and develops confidence in their voice. Experiences like these grow from inquiry-driven learning, where curiosity becomes a catalyst for skill-building, problem-solving, and action. Whether it's UDL-aligned scaffolding, generative image creation as a synthesis tool, AI-powered formative feedback loops in a writers workshop, or a social entrepreneurship curriculum that turns students into change-makers, we know what it looks like when it works because we have lived it.
